Does it say "Obey the Giant" or something else "The Giant" on his shirt?

I see "likeness" issues more than copyright or trademark issues at first blush. Do you want the opinion of an IP lawyer?

Plus, if the Ortiz thing is just a photoshopped copy of the Anfre the Giant thing... how can there be copyright issues with it? You can't get in trouble for what is essentially 'copying' a copy.
